Stephen C. Talbott (b. 1947) is a journalist and journalism instructor based in Cleveland, Ohio, and author of the ebook How Much Should I Borrow for College?. He served as a business and financial reporter and editor for the Cleveland Plain Dealer for 26 years, and has received numerous awards for his journalistic work, including the National Press Club's grand prize for consumer journalism in 1984. Talbott received his undergraduate education at Shimer College and SUNY Albany, and his master's in journalism from Columbia University. (from Shimer College Wiki)
