The Shimer College Record was the official organ of Shimer College, incorporating alumni newsletters, catalogs and other publications, throughout most of the Mount Carroll period, from 1950 to the early 1970s. It succeeded the Frances Shimer Record, retaining the same volume-numbering scheme.
