John Meech (b. 1957) is a scholar of religious studies and the author of Paul in Israel's Story (2006). He received his undergraduate education at Northwestern University and at Shimer College, where he studied via the weekend college program, and his graduate education from Northwestern (MA) and Marquette (Ph.D.). Meech taught from 2001 to 2008 at Shimer College, and currently works for the Chicago Botanic Garden. (from Shimer College Wiki)
