—The Dearborn Quartette of Mt. Carroll Seminary will sing in the Presbyterian church Friday night, under the auspices of tho Young People’s Society of Christian Endeavor. The ladies who compose the quartette are excellent musicians and they sing together beautifully.

—Hon. V. S. Ferguson has received word from his son Harry, now in Appleton, Wis., saying that he has almost recovered from the recent injury to his foot that compelled him to take a rest of two weeks at home. He is now doing his city editor work for the Appleton Crescent with little difficulty.
