Sabbath 21st. Too bad going to go to church.

Monday 22nd. I carried David down to the village -- went in a cutter being a light fall of snow last night. Marietta Nims came home with me, spent the day & night, commenced working me a pair of shoes. Mr. George Weld of Rock City called to see me about Ann teaching there. They accepted the proposition that she would teach for four dollars per week & board. They would like her to commence the middle of April. Wrote to Ann in the evening.

Tuesday 23d. More snow; some ten inches deep. Elijah carried the girls over to Middle Line and I rode along—snowing hard.

Wednesday 24th. A delightful day. E & Hall went to Schenectady. In the P.M. I went over to Mr. Nimses with Isaac & drove Greg & Frank. Mrs. G.C. Taylor was there, after school Cinda came to George Taylor & spent the evening. Cinda stayed all night. E. came after me &c.
