Saturday 6th. I have no school, so visited Cinda in the P.M. She seems getting along finely. After school we rode down to the village; recv'd a letter from Ehle.
Sabbath 7th. A delightful day, fine sleighing &c. Cinda & I rode over to church.
Monday 8th. A pleasant day, but thawy; spent the evening at Mr. Mann's with Cinda & Caroline. David came home today.
Tuesday 9th. The sleighing is getting very thin. Received an invitation to a turkey dinner to Mr. Howard's; also an invite to the closing singing school at West Milton. Cinda & I went in a load of some 10 or 12. D. Nims & W. Steves _proprietors_!!
Wednesday 10th. Traveling very bad & so I closed up my school for the season.
Thursday 11th. A splendid day. A sad accident on the hill, Mr. Hall's little boy got his leg broken riding downhill.
Friday 12th. I walked over to Cinda's school in the A.M. Called at Mr. Truman.
