ML Carroll, III., Feb. 9.—Tbe main building- of the Frances Sblmer academy, for young ladies burned this morning. The loss will amount to at least $50,000 while it is probable that it will, be even | greater. In addition to the loss of the I ; buildings and furniture mapyi' of ^he,;
