Sho proposes to donate tho seminary property, free of incumbrance, to an association that will raise an endowment of $100,000—bo this association composed of former students, an orthodox religious bodj}, or the two united—this endowment to be placed under the control of a board of trustees, and the incomo used for the benefit of the institution.
