KudimcntAL Singing Class.—A few of our local musicians, desirous oi' an incrtjased interest in musical matters, especially among the young people, and othois wishing to study tbe rudiments of vocal music, have scoured the services of Miss E. Tliomijson, a graduate of tho musical department of Mount Carroll (ill,) seminary, wbo will conduct two rudl-ttiental classes, as follows: On Monday evenings, beginning to-night, Feb. 21st, at Matfisou school building, oil the west side, at 7:3D; on Tuesday evenings, beginning Jlj'eb. 22d, in tbe basement of Cue Univ.ersaUat Church, at.7:30. Tuition, Si for ter in of twelve lessons. Books furnished free.—i2e-publican.
